If you have forgotten your password, or if your password has expired, you can request a password-reset. CQPweb does not store your password and so we cannot send you a reminder of what your password is (because doing so would risk the security of your account). The password will be reset to something new.

To reset your password, send an email to fluo@zhaw.ch to request a password-reset. Make sure to mention your username in the email, especially if it differs from your ZHAW-Shortname.

Please allow for up to 48 hours to receive your new password.
